Once this has been carried out, the system will :
Automatically keep the membership list accurate and up to date
Automatically send renewal reminders to members
Automatically send members reminders for upcoming shows and events
Automatically take payments and deposit them in your PayPal Account

New members can apply to join via your personalised online form linked from
the Dog Club/Society website or direct from the Paw-Print website
Dog Club's/Societies can specify which reports they would like to be made available
e.g.: All active club members, members by area, members with no email on record….the list is endless
The ability to automatically send newsletters, updated information, news,
generate a list of exhibitors at the previous show/events, carry out confidential polls…
The Membership Management System can be used on its own but
if you use the Membership Management in tandem with our ON-LINE ENTRY SYSTEM
it will automatically notify the exhibitor that their membership has lapsed
and that to receive the benefit of members reduced entry fees,
they must first go and renew their club membership.
If an exhibitor has changed their address since joining the Club,
when they are entering their dog for the show with their new address,
the system automatically updates the Membership database.
